The UGRF CORS stations are well distributed across Uganda to ensure nationwide coverage for high-precision geospatial data collection. You can view the exact locations on the UGRF website or through the Spider Business Center.
UGRF is compatible with most GNSS receivers that support RTCM corrections, which are essential for real-time positioning and accuracy. Older surveying equipment can still be used to collect RINEX data for post-processing. Using newer equipment with RTCM support will provide more seamless integration with the UGRF network and allow access to real-time corrections.
